Skeletal tracking using previous frames

A system comprising:

• at least one processor configured to perform operations comprising:
• receiving a video comprising a plurality of images that include a depiction of an object in the video;
• detecting one or more changes to a pose represented by the object based on tracking the one or more changes across the plurality of images;
• and
• continuously or periodically modifying one or more poses of an avatar to match the one or more changes to the pose represented by the object.

A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium that includes instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a machine, cause the machine to perform operations comprising:

• receiving a video comprising a plurality of images that include a depiction of an object in the video;
• detecting one or more changes to a pose represented by the object based on tracking the one or more changes across the plurality of images;
• and
• continuously or periodically modifying one or more poses of an avatar to match the one or more changes to the pose represented by the object.
