Provided is an image processing apparatus that includes a hardware processor. The hardware processor acquires a two-dimensional radiation image; and analyzes the acquired two-dimensional radiation image to infer three-dimensional structure information on a structure on an inside of a subject.

An image processing apparatus comprising:
- a hardware processor,
- wherein the hardware processor acquires a two-dimensional radiation image;
- and
- analyzes the acquired two-dimensional radiation image to infer three-dimensional structure information on a structure on an inside of a subject.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to function as:
- a first acquisition section that acquires a two-dimensional radiation image;
- and
- an inference section that analyzes the acquired two-dimensional radiation image to infer three-dimensional structure information on a structure on an inside of a subject.
An image processing method comprising:
- acquiring a two-dimensional radiation image;
- and
- analyzing the acquired two-dimensional radiation image to infer three-dimensional structure information on a structure on an inside of a subject.
