Edge tool configuration method and electronic device

An electronic device, comprising:

• a sensor;
• a display;
• a storage circuit, configured to store configuration information of an edge tool;
• and
• a processor, coupled to the sensor, the display, and the storage circuit,
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• detect a placement status of the electronic device through the sensor;
• read the configuration information according to the placement status, wherein the configuration information comprises initial configuration information of the edge tool in a plurality of default placement statuses;
• and
• place the edge tool at an edge position in a display interface of the display according to the configuration information in the placement status.
