Systems and methods are disclosed for transporting people using air vehicles.

A method for transporting people, comprising
- providing a cab having a moveable actuator coupled to the propulsion unit to move the propulsion unit between a first position during lift-off and a second position during lateral flight;
- controlling flight with a plurality of cameras or sensors coupled to the cab and a hand movement to control cab movement;
- and
- determining vehicle control options based on cab state and cab environment.
