Carbon Fiber Watch Case, Method for Preparing Carbon Fiber Watch Case, and Smartwatch

A method comprising:

• braiding, using a braiding process, raw fiber to form a braided body having a network-like structure and comprising carbon fiber;
• disposing a conductive structure on the braided body;
• injecting a polymer body into the braided body such that the polymer body and the braided body form a main body structure of a carbon fiber watch case, wherein the main body structure has an inner surface and an outer surface;
• and
• wherein the polymer body at least fills a gap of the network-like structure of the braided body such that the braided body and the conductive structure form an integrated structure, and the conductive structure has a first contact located on the inner surface and a second contact located on the outer surface.

A smartwatch, comprising:

• a carbon fiber watch case comprising:
• a conductive structure;
• a main body structure comprising:
• a braided body comprising carbon fiber, wherein the braided body has a network-like structure;
• and
• a polymer body configured to fill a gap of the network-like structure such that the braided body and the conductive structure form an integrated structure,
• wherein the conductive structure comprises:
• a first contact located on an inner surface of the main body structure;
• and
• a second contact located on an outer surface of the main body structure and configured to electrically connect the inner surface and the outer surface;
• an installation space;
• and
• a watch body disposed in the installation space, wherein the watch body comprises:
• a circuit board;
• an antenna element disposed on the circuit board;
• and
• a spring plate coupling the antenna element to the first contact.
