Display device

A display device comprising:

• a display panel including an active area, and a peripheral area adjacent to the active area;
• and
• an input sensor disposed on the display panel, the input sensor including a sensing area corresponding to the active area, and a non-sensing area corresponding to the peripheral area,
• wherein the input sensor includes:
• a plurality of signal lines disposed in the non-sensing area;
• a ground line disposed in the non-sensing area;
• and
• an additional electrode disposed in the non-sensing area, the additional electrode is electrically connected to the ground line,
• wherein the display panel includes a sealing member disposed in the peripheral area,
• wherein the additional electrode overlaps the sealing member on a plane, and
• wherein the plurality of signal lines and the ground line do not overlap the sealing member on a plane.

A display device comprising:

• a display panel including an active area, and a peripheral area adjacent to the active area;
• and
• an input sensor disposed on the display panel, the input sensor including a sensing area corresponding to the active area, and a non-sensing area corresponding to the peripheral area,
• wherein the input sensor includes:
• a plurality of sensing patterns disposed in the sensing area, the plurality of sensing patterns including a transparent conductive oxide;
• a plurality of signal lines connected to the plurality of sensing patterns, respectively, the plurality of signal lines is disposed in the non-sensing area and includes a low-resistance metal;
• a ground line disposed in the non-sensing area, the ground line including a low-resistance metal;
• and
• an additional electrode disposed in the non-sensing area, the additional electrode is electrically connected to the ground line, the additional electrode including a transparent conductive oxide, and
• wherein the additional electrode is electrically insulated from the plurality of signal lines.
