Dynamic Loading of Radar Unit Configuration Data Based on Changing Radar Parameters

A vehicle comprising:

• a plurality of sensors having a first sensor and a second sensor;
• and
• a computing device configured to:
• receive sensor data from the plurality of sensors;
• detect, using the sensor data, interference in first sensor data received from the first sensor and second sensor data received from the second sensor;
• based on detecting the interference in the first sensor data and the second sensor data, communicate first operation data to the first sensor and second operation data to the second sensor, wherein the first operation data modifies one or more transmission parameters used by the first sensor and the second operation data modifies one or more transmission parameters used by the second sensor;
• and
• cause the first sensor to operate according to the first operation data and the second sensor to operate according to the second operation data.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium, having stored thereon program instructions that, when executed by a computing system, cause the computing system to perform operations comprising:

• receiving sensor data from a plurality of sensors coupled to a vehicle, wherein the plurality of sensors comprises a first sensor and a second sensor;
• detecting, using the sensor data, interference in first sensor data received from the first sensor and second sensor data received from the second sensor;
• based on detecting the interference in the first sensor data and the second sensor data, communicating first operation data to the first sensor and second operation data to the second sensor, wherein the first operation data modifies one or more transmission parameters used by the first sensor and the second operation data modifies one or more transmission parameters used by the second sensor;
• and
• causing the first sensor to operate according to the first operation data and the second sensor to operate according to the second operation data.
