Abstract
The present disclosure provides antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that bind to mouse CD98 (mCD98) or hCD98 (hCD98). Specifically, the antibodies of the present disclosure bind to its target in a pH-dependent manner. Also provided are nucleotides encoding the antibodies or fragments thereof, compositions or combinations comprising the antibodies or fragments thereof, and methods for treating diseases such as cancers by using the antibodies or fragments thereof.

An isolated antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, which binds to human or mouse CD98, wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises:
- a heavy chain CDR1 (HCDR1) comprising or consisting of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70;
- a heavy chain CDR2 (HCDR2) comprising or consisting of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, and 71;
- a heavy chain CDR3 (HCDR3) comprising or consisting of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:12, 22, 32, 42, 52, 62 and 72;
- a light chain CDR1 (LCDR1) comprising or consisting of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 65 and 75;
- a light chain CDR2 (LCDR2) comprising or consisting of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:16, 26, 36, 46, 56, 66 and 76;
- a light chain CDR3 (LCDR3) comprising or consisting of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs:17, 27, 37, 47, 57, 67 and 77.
