1-52. (canceled)
A method of treating a subject having myelofibrosis, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject an effective amount of an isolated antibody that binds to human hemojuvelin (HJV), wherein the antibody comprises:
- a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 61 or 117, and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 62.
A method of treating anemia in a subject having myelofibrosis, the method comprising administering to the subject a composition comprising:
- (i) an effective amount of an anti-human hemojuvelin (HJV) comprising a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 61, and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 62;
- and
- (ii) an effective amount of an anti-human hemojuvelin (HJV) comprising a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 117, and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 62.
An isolated antibody that binds to human hemojuvelin (HJV), wherein the antibody comprises a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 63 or 118, and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 62.
A composition comprising:
- (i) an anti-human hemojuvelin (HJV) comprising a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 63, and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 62;
- and
- (ii) an anti-human hemojuvelin (HJV) comprising a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 118, and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 62.
