A compound having structural formula I, II, III or IV or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, solvate, polymorph or prodrug thereof:
- wherein X is O or N;
- L is absent or C1-C4 alkylene;
- R1 is an optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl;
- and R2 is an optionally substituted cycloalkyl, bicycloalkyl, tricycloalkyl, cycloheteroalkyl, bicycloheteroalkyl or tricycloheteroalkyl.
