A method of treating cancer in a patient comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a 3-(2-(4-methoxypyridin-3-yl)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)-N,N-dimethylpropan-1-amine compound having the formula I:
- wherein the cancer is selected from the group consisting of prostate cancer and osteosarcoma.
