Abstract
Proposed is a console device having a technology of a console cover opening and closing control structure in which a console cover is operable of being selectively opened in one of a front side and a rear side while maintaining the other side, which is not opened, securely locked.
Claims13
A console device comprising:
- a rod member configured to be moved in a longitudinal direction according to an operation of an operation button unit that performs opening of a console cover, the rod member being provided with a guide hole having a predetermined length in a diagonal direction relative to the longitudinal direction;
- a locking control unit provided with a locking adjustment protrusion inserted into and coupled to the guide hole, the locking control unit being configured to be moved in a horizontal direction according to a guide of the guide hole upon the rod member's longitudinal movement such that a portion of a distal end of a locking rod of the locking control unit is inserted into or pulled out from a locking hole of a console body, thereby controlling locking and releasing of the console cover;
- and
- a base plate on which the rod member and the locking control unit are seated and supported.
