Biodegradable laminate

• A method for producing a biodegradable laminate, the method comprising:
• laminating an aliphatic polyester-based resin layer and a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer with a bonding layer between the aliphatic polyester-based resin layer and the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer, in producing the biodegradable laminate,
• wherein the biodegradable laminate comprises:
• the aliphatic polyester-based resin layer comprising an aliphatic polyester-based resin composition;
• the bonding layer comprising an adhesive resin;
• and
• the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer comprising a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin,
• wherein the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin layer is laminated on at least one surface of the aliphatic polyester-based resin layer with the bonding layer therebetween,
• wherein the aliphatic polyester-based resin composition comprises (A) an aliphatic polyester-based resin, (B) a polyhydroxyalkanoate, and (C) an inorganic filler,
• wherein the aliphatic polyester-based resin (A) comprises, in polymerized form, (a1) an aliphatic diol and (a2) an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, as main constituent units, and (a3) a trifunctional or higher-functional aliphatic polyol, a trifunctional or (a4) higher-functional aliphatic polyvalent carboxylic acid, an acid anhydride thereof, or (a5) a trifunctional or higher-functional aliphatic polyvalent oxycarboxylic acid component, and
• wherein the polyhydroxyalkanoate (B) comprises, in polymerized form, 3-hydroxybutyrate (b1) as a main constituent unit.
