Abstract
This laser processing device includes an imaging portion accommodated in a housing of a head unit that accommodates a scanning portion. The imaging portion acquires a target object image including at least a portion of a machining region, by imaging a machining target through protective glass. The imaging portion is disposed in such a way that an imaging axis for acquiring the target object image intersects a vertical axis of the protective glass in a position a prescribed first distance from the protective glass.
Claims11
A laser processing device that processes a processing subject with a laser beam, the laser processing device comprising:
- a laser beam source that emits the laser beam;
- a scanner that directs the laser beam, emitted from the laser beam source, toward the processing subject and performs two-dimensional scanning within a processing region of the processing subject;
- an emission window that transmits the laser beam directed to the processing subject by the scanner;
- a housing that accommodates at least the scanner and includes one side surface oriented toward the processing subject, the one side surface including the emission window;
- an image-capturing unit accommodated in the housing, the image-capturing unit capturing an image of the processing subject through the emission window to acquire a subject image including at least part of the processing region,
- wherein the image-capturing unit is arranged so that an image-capturing axis for acquiring the subject image intersects a perpendicular axis of the emission window at a predetermined first distance from the emission window.
