Ankle cuff for managing incontinence

A cuff for administering neurostimulation to a nerve in the lower leg of a patient, the cuff comprising:

• an adhesive layer having an upper surface and a lower surface, wherein the lower surface attaches to the lower leg of the patient,
• a micro-needle electrode array on the lower surface of the adhesive layer, comprising a plurality of individual needles for applying an electrical stimulus to a posterior tibial nerve in the leg of the patient;
• wherein the adhesive layer has at least one aperture sized and shaped to receive a medial or lateral malleolus of the patient's ankle to locate the micro-needle electrode array superior to the posterior tibial nerve;
• an electrical pulse generator on the lower surface of the adhesive layer electrically coupled to the micro-needle electrode array;
• and
• a controller for operating the electrical pulse generator to stimulate the posterior tibial nerve.
