Abstract
A food or beverage product is provided comprising a steviol glycoside composition, said composition comprising rebaudioside A (reb A), stevioside, and rebaudioside C (reb C), wherein the steviol glycoside composition is present in an amount below its sweetness threshold. It is found that the food or beverage product has a modified or enhanced flavor compared to a food or beverage product not comprising the steviol glycoside composition.

A food or beverage product comprising a steviol glycoside composition, said composition comprising 40-48 wt % rebaudioside A (reb A), 17-20 wt. % stevioside, and 11-13 wt. % rebaudioside C (reb C) based on the total amount of steviol glycosides in the food or beverage product, wherein the steviol glycoside composition is present in an amount below its sweetness threshold.

A method of preparing a food or beverage product comprising including in said food or beverage product a composition comprising 40-48 wt % rebaudioside A (reb A), 17-20 wt. % stevioside, and 11-13 wt. % rebaudioside C (reb C) based on the total amount of steviol glycosides in the food or beverage product, wherein the steviol glycoside composition is present in an amount below its sweetness threshold.
