A display device comprising:

• a first semiconductor layer comprising a first active layer on a substrate;
• a first insulating layer on the first active layer;
• a first conductive layer on the first insulating layer, and comprising a first gate electrode and a first capacitor electrode overlapping with the first active layer;
• a second insulating layer on the first conductive layer;
• a second conductive layer on the second insulating layer, and comprising a second capacitor electrode overlapping with the first capacitor electrode;
• a third insulating layer on the second conductive layer;
• a second semiconductor layer comprising a second active layer on the third insulating layer;
• a fourth insulating layer on the second active layer;
• a third conductive layer on the fourth insulating layer, and comprising a second gate electrode overlapping with the second active layer;
• a fifth insulating layer on the third conductive layer;
• a valley portion penetrating at least some of the first insulating layer, the second insulating layer, the third insulating layer, the fourth insulating layer, or the fifth insulating layer;
• a stacked structure comprising one or more of a plurality of insulating patterns in the valley portion at the same layer as those of the first insulating layer, the second insulating layer, the third insulating layer, the fourth insulating layer, and the fifth insulating layer, respectively;
• a sixth insulating layer on the fifth insulating layer, and including at least a portion in the valley portion;
• and
• a light emitting element on the sixth insulating layer.
