Abstract
A battery sub-packing unit includes a plurality of secondary battery cells, a cell support member including a seating portion for accommodating the plurality of secondary battery cells, and a venting inducing portion connecting the seating portion to an external area, and a case member provided to surround the secondary battery cell accommodated in the seating portion and to seal around the secondary battery cell.

A battery pack comprising:
- a plurality of secondary battery cells;
- a battery sub-packing unit including a cell support member accommodating the plurality of the secondary battery cells and a case member provided to cover the plurality of secondary battery cells;
- and
- a body frame member in which a plurality of the battery sub-packing units are installed,
- wherein the cell support member includes a seating portion accommodating the plurality of secondary battery cells and a venting inducing portion allowing the seating portion to communicate with the outside,
- wherein the venting inducing portion is disposed to oppose the sealing portion from which an electrode lead of the plurality of secondary battery cells is drawn out, and
- wherein the cell support member includes a liquid guide tab disposed below the venting inducing portion and including a rail groove for guiding leakage of the electrolyte discharged from a secondary battery cell formed therein.

An energy storage system, comprising:
- a plurality of secondary battery cells;
- a battery sub-packing unit including a cell support member accommodating the plurality of secondary battery cells and a case member provided to cover the plurality of secondary battery cells;
- and
- a body frame member in which a plurality of the battery sub-packing units are installed,
