Abstract
Disclosed herein is a battery system including a housing, a battery terminal disposed on a first side of the housing of the battery module, and a cover disposed on the housing, wherein the cover comprises a battery terminal cover extending from the cover. The battery terminal cover is configured to adjust between a first position and a second position. The battery terminal cover, in the first position, is configured to at least partially shroud the battery terminal, and in the second position, is configured to expose the battery terminal.
Claims20
A battery module cover configured to be secured to a housing of a battery module, the battery module cover comprising:
- a battery terminal cover configured to at least partially shroud a battery terminal of the battery module while in a first position and configured to expose the battery terminal of the battery module while in a second position, and the battery terminal cover configured to adjust between the first position and the second position.
A battery system, comprising:
- a housing;
- a battery terminal disposed on a first side of the housing;
- and
- a cover disposed on the housing, the cover comprising a battery terminal cover configured to at least partially shroud the battery terminal while in a first position and configured to expose the battery terminal while in a second position, and the battery terminal cover configured to adjust between the first position and the second position.
