Abstract
A method for manufacturing a pouch case for a secondary battery includes the steps of: (S1) preparing a pouch exterior for a secondary battery including a structure in which a substrate layer, a barrier layer, and a sealant layer are sequentially stacked; (S2) molding the pouch exterior for a secondary battery to form a cup part; and (S3) reducing cracks of the sealant layer of the pouch exterior for a secondary battery.

A method for manufacturing a pouch case for a secondary battery, the method comprising the steps of:
- (S1) preparing a pouch exterior for the secondary battery comprising a structure in which a substrate layer, a barrier layer, and a sealant layer are sequentially stacked;
- (S2) molding the pouch exterior for the secondary battery to form a cup part;
- and
- (S3) reducing an at least one cracks of the sealant layer of the pouch exterior for the secondary battery.
