Dispersant composition for power storage device electrodes

A dispersant composition for an electrode of a power storage device, comprising:

• a polymer containing a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (1);
• and
• an organic solvent,
• wherein the organic solvent has a relative permittivity of 25.0 or more and 35.0 or less at 25° C.:
• in the general formula (1), R1 represents hydrogen or a methyl group,
• R2 represents hydrogen, CnH2n+1, i-CnH2n+1, C6H5, or an aromatic group with or without a substituent, and n represents 1 or more and 10 or less,
• R3 represents CmH2m+1 or i-CmH2m+1, and m represents 16 or more and 22 or less,
• M represents hydrogen, NH4, a metal that gives a salt soluble in the organic solvent, or organic ammonium soluble in the organic solvent, and
• a and b each represent a mole fraction, provided that a+b=1, and b satisfies 0.50≤b≤1.00.
