Abstract
An electrode includes a substrate, a metal underlying layer having a melting point of 450° C. or less, and an electrically conductive carbon layer in sequence toward one side in the thickness direction.

An electrode comprising:
- a substrate;
- a metal underlying layer having a melting point of 450° C. or less;
- and an electrically conductive carbon layer in sequence toward one side in a thickness direction.
