Concrete drum control, property prediction, and monitoring systems and methods

A drum control system for a drum system of a concrete mixer vehicle, the drum control system comprising:

• an operator interface configured to be disposed within a cab of the concrete mixer vehicle, the operator interface including a display;
• and
• one or more processing circuits having programed instructions to control the display to provide a graphical user interface, the graphical user interface providing:
• a graphical representation of a mixer drum of the drum system;
• a speed output regarding a rotational speed of the mixer drum, the speed output overlaid on top of the graphical representation of the mixer drum;
• a slump output regarding a slump of contents within the mixer drum, the slump output laterally offset from the speed output;
• a revolution counter regarding a number of revolutions of the mixer drum, the revolution counter laterally offset from the speed output;
• and
• a mode indicator regarding an operational mode of the drum system.

A drum control system for a drum system of a concrete mixer vehicle, the drum control system comprising:

• an operator interface configured to be disposed within a cab of the concrete mixer vehicle, the operator interface including a display and a joystick;
• and
• one or more processing circuits having programed instructions to:
• control the display to provide one or more graphical user interfaces, the one or more graphical user interface providing:
• a graphical representation of a mixer drum of the drum system;
• a speed output regarding a rotational speed of the mixer drum, the speed output overlaid on top of the graphical representation of the mixer drum;
• a slump output regarding a slump of contents within the mixer drum;
• a revolution counter regarding a number of revolutions of the mixer drum;
• and
• a sliding indicator bar;
• and
• adjust the sliding indicator bar based on engagement with the joystick.
