Abstract
An image forming apparatus comprises one or more controllers, a display, a detachable fixing unit, and a temperature measurer that measures a temperature of the fixing unit or in the vicinity thereof, wherein the one or more controllers display, on the display, prediction information related to finishing of a cooling operation of cooling the mounted fixing unit, based on a measurement result by the temperature measurer.

An image forming apparatus comprising:
- one or more controllers;
- a display;
- a detachable fixing unit;
- and
- a temperature measurer that measures a temperature of the fixing unit or in the vicinity thereof, wherein
- the one or more controllers display, on the display, prediction information related to finishing of a cooling operation of cooling the mounted fixing unit, based on a measurement result by the temperature measurer.
