An article, comprising:
- a solid body comprising a first layer and a second layer, the first layer and the second layer defining an interface;
- a first circuit located at the interface between the first layer and the second layer, the first circuit comprising:
- an inductor;
- and
- a parallel-plate capacitor coupled to the inductor, the parallel-plate capacitor comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and a non-conductive material between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein a surface of the first electrode that faces the second electrode is substantially parallel to the interface between the first layer and the second layer, and a surface of the second electrode that faces the first electrode is substantially parallel to the interface between the first layer and the second layer;
- and
- a second circuit located at the interface between the first layer and the second layer, the second circuit comprising:
- an inductor;
- and
- a parallel-plate capacitor coupled to the inductor, the parallel-plate capacitor comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and a non-conductive material between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein a surface of the first electrode that faces the second electrode is substantially parallel to the interface between the first layer and the second layer, and a surface of the second electrode that faces the first electrode is substantially parallel to the interface between the first layer and the second layer;
- wherein the first electrode of the parallel plate capacitor of the first circuit and the second electrode of the parallel plate capacitor of the first circuit each substantially surround the inductor, the first electrode, and the second electrode of the second circuit.
