Abstract
The present application relates to a method for preparing amino acid granules from a fermentation broth, wherein the prepared amino acid granules contain no cells.
Claims11
A method for preparing an amino acid granule, comprising:
- a first step of preparing a fermentation filtrate by removing cells from a fermentation broth containing amino acids;
- and
- a second step of forming granules from the fermentation filtrate.
Amino acid granules having an amino acid content of 50% or more and no cells.
