This disclosure relates to delivery of various agents to the inner ear of a subject.

A method for delivering an agent to an inner ear of a subject comprising administering the agent to the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the subject.
A method of treating a subject having or at risk of developing hearing loss, comprising administering an effective amount of a therapeutic agent to the CSF in the subject.
