Abstract
The present invention provides a crystalline form of a nucleoside compound. The crystalline form is ATV014 crystalline form I, which has good solubility and thermal stability, and better bioavailability and dissolution profile in specific formulations. The good permeability and thermal stability of the crystalline form make it suitable for use in specific pharmaceutical formulations.

A crystal form of ATV014, having a structure as shown in Formula ATV014,
- wherein the crystal form of ATV014 is a crystal form I which is characterized in that an X-ray powder diffraction pattern of the crystal form I of ATV014 has characteristic peaks at a diffraction angle 2θ of 9.69±0.2°, 9.84±0.2°, 13.189±0.2°, 15.61±0.2°, 17.41±0.2°, 17.74±0.2°, 18.70±0.2°, 19.38±0.2°, 21.31±0.2°, 23.88±0.2° and 26.01±0.2°.
A crystal form of ATV014, wherein the crystal form of ATV014 is a crystal form I which is characterized in that an X-ray powder diffraction pattern of the crystal form I of ATV014 further comprises characteristic peaks at a diffraction angle 2θ of 19.615±0.2°, 20.302±0.2°, 22.615±0.2°, 24.196±0.2° and 24.409±0.2°.
