Abstract
Methods, apparatus and systems for adaptive signal quality and/or transmission error reporting in a communication network are disclosed.
Claims15
An apparatus comprising at least one processor;
- and at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to:
- monitor at least one downlink parameter of a downlink reception,
- provide at least one reporting method assistance information to at least one network node based on the at least one downlink parameter, wherein the reporting method assistance information comprises at least one of a channel quality information, CQI, reporting indication or a transmission error reporting indication.
An apparatus comprising at least one processor;
- and at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to:
- provide a downlink radio resource to a user equipment, UE,
- provide at least one uplink reporting radio resource to the UE, and
- obtain at least one reporting method assistance information from the UE on at least one of the at least one uplink reporting radio resource, wherein the reporting method assistance information comprises at least one of a channel quality information, CQI, reporting indication or a transmission error reporting indication.
