Abstract
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for providing dynamic, prioritized spectrum utilization management. The system includes at least one monitoring sensor, at least one data analysis engine, at least one application, a semantic engine, a programmable rules and policy editor, a tip and cue server, and/or a control panel. The tip and cue server is operable utilize the environmental awareness from the data processed by the at least one data analysis engine in combination with additional information to create actionable data.
Claims20
A system for spectrum management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
- at least one data analysis engine for analyzing measured data based on the electromagnetic environment;
- and
- at least one server;
- wherein the at least one data analysis engine includes a geolocation engine operable to determine location information of at least one signal;
- and
- wherein the at least one server is operable to use analyzed data from the at least one data analysis engine to create actionable data for dynamic spectrum utilization.
A system for spectrum management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
- a processor coupled with a memory;
- and
- a geolocation engine operable to determine location information based on measured data of the electromagnetic environment;
- wherein the processor coupled with the memory is operable to use the location information from a geolocation engine to create actionable data for dynamic spectrum utilization.
A method for spectrum management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
- creating measured data based on the electromagnetic environment;
- a geolocation engine determining location information for at least one signal based on the measured data;
- and
- creating actionable data for dynamic spectrum utilization based on the location information.
