Abstract
A battery pack includes a battery cell having one or more electrode tabs, a case accommodating the battery cell, and a protection circuit module including a substrate. One or more substrate tabs on the substrate are connected to the one or more electrode tabs A molding part is provided on the substrate, and the molding part includes a body, with a plurality of buffering members being provided on the body.

A battery pack comprising:
- a battery cell comprising one or more electrode tabs;
- a case accommodating the battery cell;
- and
- a protection circuit module comprising a substrate, one or more substrate tabs provided on the substrate and connected to the one or more electrode tabs, and a molding part provided on the substrate,
- wherein the molding part comprises:
- a body;
- and
- a plurality of buffering members provided on the body.
