Invokable automated agent for interactive workflows

A system, comprising:

• one or more processors configured to:
• obtain a text dialogue between a first user and a second user;
• identify, based on an analysis of the text dialogue, workflows that are relevant to the text dialogue;
• provide, to a client device associated with the first user, a list of the workflows;
• receive, from the client device associated with the first user, an indication of a selection of a particular workflow from the list of the workflows;
• and
• establish, based on the particular workflow, a communication session between the second user and an automated chatbot associated with the particular workflow;
• and
• a memory coupled to the one or more processors, wherein the memory is configured to provide the one or more processors with instructions.

A computer program product, the computer program product being embodied in a non-transitory computer readable storage medium and comprising computer instructions for:

• obtaining a text dialogue between a first user and a second user;
• identifying, based on an analysis of the text dialogue, workflows that are relevant to the text dialogue;
• providing, to a client device associated with the first user, a list of the workflows;
• receiving, from the client device associated with the first user, an indication of a selection of a particular workflow from the list of the workflows;
• and
• establishing, based on the particular workflow, a communication session between the second user and an automated chatbot associated with the particular workflow.
