- culturing colorectal epithelial cells in the presence of a ROCK inhibitor.
A method for preparing extracellular vesicles derived from colorectal epithelial cells, the method comprising:
- culturing colorectal epithelial cells in the presence of a ROCK inhibitor;
- recovering a culture supernatant after the culture;
- and
- recovering extracellular vesicles from the culture supernatant.
