Abstract
A child restraint carrier includes a seat body, a headrest and a locking mechanism. The headrest is movably installed on the seat body. The locking mechanism is for allowing or restraining a movement of the headrest relative to the seat body. A position of the headrest relative to the seat body can be adjusted easily by the locking mechanism to fit a child. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of easy adjustment.
Claims16
A child restraint carrier comprising:
- a seat body;
- a harness assembly comprising:
- a harness member movably installed on the seat body, the harness member defining at least one slot, and
- at least one shoulder strap, the at least one shoulder strap slidably passing through the at least one slot,
- wherein a height of the harness assembly is adjusted by a movement of the harness member relative to the seat body;
- and
- a locking mechanism for allowing or restraining a movement of the harness assembly relative to the seat body, the locking mechanism comprising:
- a driving component movable along a first direction;
- a first engaging module disposed on the seat body;
- and
- a second engaging module abutting against the driving component for engaging with or disengaging from the first engaging module, the driving component driving the second engaging module in a second direction different from the first direction to disengage from the first engaging module for allowing movement of the harness member along the first direction.

A child restraint carrier comprising:
- a seat body;
- a harness member movably installed on the seat body, a height of the harness member is adjustable relative to the seat body;
- and
- a locking mechanism for allowing or restraining a movement of the harness member relative to the seat body, the locking mechanism comprising:
- a driving component partially located between the harness member and the seat body;
- a first engaging module disposed on the seat body;
- and
- a second engaging module abutting against the driving component for engaging with or disengaging from the first engaging module, the driving component directly driving the second engaging module to disengage from the first engaging module for allowing movement of the harness member relative to the seat body,
- wherein the first engaging module and the second engaging module are located at a rear side of the seat body away from the harness member, and an inclined protrusion passes through the seat body to abut against the second engaging module.
6 more elements
A child restraint base comprising:
- a base body having an upper portion, a lower portion, a front side, and a rear side, the upper portion of the base body defining a notch;
- a reclining foot movably connected to the lower portion of the base body and movable relative to the base body to adjust a recline angle of the base body;
- and
- an actuator positioned within the notch and operably connected to the recline foot, the actuator movable between a locking position to restrain movement of the reclining foot and a releasing position for allowing movement of the reclining foot relative to the base body.
