Method for determining condition data indicative of a blockage of a thermal unit of a heat pump system of a vehicle

A non-transitory machine-readable medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:

• receiving model data indicative of an air flow through a thermal unit of a heat pump system of a vehicle and an air supply unit of the heat pump system, wherein the model data is based on a model of the heat pump system;
• receiving measured data indicative of the air flow through the thermal unit and the air supply unit, wherein the measured data via an anemometer of the air supply unit;
• and
• determining condition data based at least on the model data and the measured data.

A vehicle, comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
• receiving model data indicative of an air flow through a thermal unit of a heat pump system of a vehicle and an air supply unit of the heat pump system, wherein the model data is based on a model of the heat pump system;
• receiving measured data indicative of the air flow through the thermal unit and the air supply unit, wherein the measured data is measured via revolutions per minute sensor of the air supply unit;
• and
• determining condition data based at least on the model data and the measured data.
