A tire inflation pressure management apparatus includes an information acquisition unit, an alert generation unit, and an alert output unit. The alert generation unit generates alert information when the tire inflation pressure acquired by the information acquisition unit is below a first threshold value smaller than an appropriate value of the tire inflation pressure. The alert output unit gives a notification outside after an elapse of a predetermined period to indicate that the alert information is generated by the alert generation unit during the predetermined period.
