Party popper

A party popper comprising:

• a cylinder including a first segment and a second segment, the first segment having an opening, and the second segment having an opening;
• a sealing element being a film, fixed on the second segment of the cylinder, and configured to close the opening of the second segment;
• multiple streamers filled in the cylinder;
• a drive element, a diameter of the drive element being equal to a diameter of the cylinder, and the drive element being received in the opening of the first segment of the cylinder;
• a flexible fitting element made of flexible material with low elastic modulus, the flexible fitting element including a cap, a neck section, and a head, wherein the cap closes the opening of the first segment, the neck section is formed around a center of the cap, and the head is formed on a top of the neck section, wherein a diameter of the head is more than a diameter of the neck section;
• a weaken structure surrounding the neck section, wherein a pulling length is defined to pull off the weaken structure by pulling the weaken structure from the head to the neck section and the cap, such that the weaken structure is pulled off to remove the neck section and the head from the cap.
