Abstract
Provided herein are antibody agents that bind specifically to GDF15, as well as compositions comprising GDF15 antibody agents, and methods of making and using the same.

An antibody agent comprising a polypeptide that binds to human growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF15), comprising:
- a light chain complementarity determining region 1 (LC CDR1), a LC CDR2 and a LC CDR3, and
- a heavy chain complementary determining region 1(HC CDR1), a HC CDR2 and a HC CDR3.

An isolated nucleic acid comprising a GDF15 antibody agent sequence, wherein the nucleic acid comprises:
