Abstract
Provided herein are methods and related compositions, including kits, for the improved synthesis, preparation and/or storage of [18F]DCFPyL. Also provided are methods of using [18F]DCFPyL, such as for imaging.
Claims34
A composition, comprising [18F]DCFPyL of the formula:
- in a solution, optionally an ethanol solution, which solution further comprises ascorbic acid at a concentration of 3 to 15 mg/mL, 3 to 8 mg/mL, or 5 to 15 mg/mL, and wherein the pH of said solution is within the range of 4 to 7.5.
