Abstract
A sheet storing device includes: a rotary drum; a tape that winds a sheet on the rotary drum; a guide that guides the tape and the sheet to be wound on the rotary drum; and a frame that accommodates the rotary drum and the guide. The frame includes a first frame and a second frame. The first frame and the second frame are connected movably relative to each other to change the frame between an open state and a closed state. The second frame supports the guide to cause at least a part of the guide to move relative to the second frame in a direction away from the second frame in the open state.
Claims10
A sheet storing device comprising:
- a rotary drum;
- a tape to be wound on an outer circumferential surface of the rotary drum so as to wrap a sheet around the rotary drum;
- and
- a frame that includes a first frame and a second frame, the frame forming a space which accommodates the rotary drum, wherein
- the first frame and the second frame are movably connected relative to each other to allow a transition between a closed state and an open state, the closed state in which the space is covered by the second frame and is not exposed, and the open state in which the space is not covered by the second frame and is exposed,
- the first frame includes a first wall,
- the second frame includes a second wall that has a plate shape and is turnably supported by the first frame,
- in the closed state, the second wall is opposed to the first wall, and
- in the open state, the second wall is inclined at an inclination angle of 45 degrees or more and 90 degrees or less with respect to the first wall.
