Modular and adjustable upright repair device for industrial storage racks

A system for repairing an upright frame of an industrial pallet rack while the industrial pallet rack is in use and standing on a floor, the system comprising:

• a replacement column extending away from a replacement base;
• an angular adjustable strut having a first end configured to be affixed to a face of the replacement column and a second end configured to be affixed to a floor;
• a horizontal adjustable strut having a first end configured to be affixed to the face of the replacement column below the first end of the angular adjustable strut and a second end configured to be affixed to an existing column of the industrial pallet rack, wherein the replacement column is configured to be disposed opposite to the existing column, and the horizontal adjustable strut is configured to be disposed level with the floor;
• and
• a connection saddle configured to be affixed to the horizontal adjustable strut and covering a gap in the horizontal adjustable strut, wherein the connection saddle includes a saddle aperture configured to be aligned with the gap and further configured to permit the angular adjustable strut to pass through the saddle aperture and the gap to the floor.
