Abstract
The present invention is directed toward the use of non-thermal plasma-treated liquids as treatment options for herpes keratitis.

A method of treating herpes keratitis comprising contacting an eye of a patient in need of such treatment with a disinfecting aqueous fluid, the aqueous fluid being previously contacted with a non-thermal plasma.
