The salts ifenprodil oleate, ifenprodil nicotinate, ifenprodil pamoate, ifenprodil fumarate, and ifenprodil benzoate are prepared and found useful in the treatment and/or prevention of a myriad of diseases and conditions.

A compound comprising an ifenprodil salt selected from the group consisting of ifenprodil oleate, ifenprodil nicotinate, ifenprodil pamoate, ifenprodil fumarate, and ifenprodil benzoate.
A method of treating or preventing a disorder or condition comprising administering an ifenprodil salt selected from the group consisting of ifenprodil oleate, ifenprodil nicotinate, ifenprodil pamoate, ifenprodil fumarate, and ifenprodil benzoate to a subject in need thereof.
Use of an ifendprodil salt selected from the group consisting of ifenprodil oleate, ifenprodil nicotinate, ifenprodil pamoate, ifenprodil fumarate, and ifenprodil benzoate for the treatment or prevention of a disorder or condition in a subject in need thereof.
