Heat radiation member for flexible display and electronic device using the same

A flexible display, comprising;

• a flexible display module including:
• a flexible substrate including a display portion, a bending portion and at least one of bending display portion;
• a plurality of pixel array formed on the display portion;
• a touch electrode portion on the plurality of pixel array;
• a functional film and a cover window disposed on an upper surface of the flexible display module, the cover window including at least one of a sidewall portion;
• and
• a middle frame disposed on a rear surface of the flexible display module, the middle frame including at least one of groove portion in the form of a mounting surface,
• wherein at least one portion of the flexible display module is mounted onto the groove portion of the middle frame,
• wherein at least one of the sidewall portion, at least one of bending display portion of the flexible substrate, a touch electrode portion and a functional film overlap at least partially in an overlapping area, and
• wherein the overlapping area is bent into a curved shape.
