Method and device for performing uplink transmission and reception in wireless communication system

A user equipment (UE) performing uplink transmission in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:

• at least one transceiver;
• and
• at least one processor coupled to the at least one transceiver;
• wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
• based on total transmission power for first uplink transmission and second uplink transmission exceeding a threshold, allocate first transmission power to the first uplink transmission within the threshold first;
• and
• perform the first uplink transmission at a specific transmission occasion (TO) based on the first transmission power,
• wherein the first uplink transmission and the second uplink transmission are overlapped in the specific TO,
• wherein the first uplink transmission includes a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) including acknowledgment (ACK)/negative acknowledgment (NACK)-based hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-ACK information, and
• wherein the second uplink transmission includes a PUCCH including NACK only based HARQ-ACK information.

A base station performing uplink reception in a wireless communication system, the base station comprising:

• at least one transceiver;
• and
• at least one processor coupled to the at least one transceiver;
• wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
• transmit, to a user equipment (UE) through the at least one transceiver, first control information related to first uplink transmission and second control information related to second uplink transmission;
• and
• receive, from the UE through the at least one transceiver, the first uplink transmission based on first transmission power at a specific transmission occasion (TO),
• based on the total transmission power for the first uplink transmission and the second uplink transmission exceeding a threshold, the first transmission power is allocated to the first uplink transmission within the threshold first,
• wherein the first uplink transmission and the second uplink transmission are overlapped in the specific TO,
• wherein the first uplink transmission includes a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) including acknowledgment (ACK)/negative acknowledgment (NACK)-based hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-ACK information, and
• wherein the second uplink transmission includes a PUCCH including NACK only based HARQ-ACK information.
