Provided are an information determination method and device, an information adjustment method, a threshold usage method, a terminal, and a storage medium. The information determination method includes: determining a second threshold of a target subcarrier spacing according to the number of cells that meet a first set condition, the total number of downlink cells, the number of supported cells reported by a terminal, and a first threshold.

A wireless communication method, comprising:
- configuring, by a network device, use of at least two capabilities for physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring for a user equipment (UE);
- and
- determining a method for using the at least two capabilities according to a rule.
An apparatus for wireless communication, comprising a processor, configured to implement a method, the processor when configured causes the apparatus to:
- configure, by a network device, use of at least two capabilities for physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring for a user equipment (UE);
- and
- determine a method for using the at least two capabilities according to a rule.
