System and method for enabling a user to overcome maladaptive personality trait

A system comprising at least one processor and at least one memory storing instructions, wherein the system further comprises a data store containing one or more sets of personality trait information about one or more personality traits, respectively, and the system presents at least one digital page containing content taken from the one or more sets of personality trait information, the at least one processor operable when executing the instructions to:

• identify a set of the one or more sets corresponds to the targeted personality trait based a user input indicating a targeted personality trait of the one or more personality traits;
• and
• identify one or more actions comprising at least one brain action and at least one mind action, wherein the identification is based at least in part on the corresponding set and the at least one processor enforces restriction on type of actions that can be identified based at least in part on effect of mind on the targeted personality trait;
• wherein the content presented on the at least one digital page, taken from the corresponding set of the one or more sets, facilitates performance by a user of the identified one or more actions;
• the content on the presented at least one digital page includes information specifying:
• a response pattern to external stimuli that predisposes individuals to the personality trait selected by the user;
• and
• a target brain wiring that is opposite of the response;
• and
• the at least one processor is further configured to:
• provide a language based facts game to use the specified information and present, to the individual, a situation and a number of associated facts along with the situation, wherein to play the language based facts game the individual provides answers or selects answers by applying the opposite of the response pattern in an evaluation of the facts;
• and
• carry out the language based facts game repeatedly to aid the user in performing the identified one or more actions, the user performance of the identified one or more actions to affect Axons, Receptors, or number of Neurons correlated with the targeted personality trait to improve the targeted personality trait, via brain plasticity.
