Abstract
A service platform using natural language for communication includes a request module, a natural language communication system and a product/service module. The request module is provided for a user to make a request in natural language. After receiving a request from a user, the natural language communication system converts and analyzes the request to obtain an analysis result. The product/service module provides a corresponding product or service according to the analysis result.

A service platform using natural language for communication, comprising:
- a request module, provided for a user to make a request in a natural language;
- a natural language communication system, for receiving the request of the user and then converting and analyzing the request to obtain an analysis result;
- and
- a product/service module, for providing a corresponding product or service according to the analysis result.
An operating method of a service platform using natural language for communication, comprising the steps of:
- providing a request module, used by a user to make a request in a natural language;
- providing a natural language communication system, for converting the natural language communication system after receiving the request of the user, and converting and analyzing the request to obtain an analysis result;
- and
- providing a product/service module, for providing a corresponding product or service according to the analysis result.
