Abstract
Techniques are presented of embedding data in a blockchain transaction. The method comprises the steps deriving a public-key-private-key cryptographic pair for a digital asset; deriving a signature for the data using the public key-private-key cryptographic pair; and codifying the data to generate codified metadata for the digital asset.

A blockchain-implemented control method of embedding data in a blockchain transaction, the method comprising:
- deriving a public-key-private-key cryptographic pair for a digital asset;
- deriving a signature for the data using the public-key-private-key cryptographic pair;
- and
- codifying the data to generate codified metadata for the digital asset.
