Abstract
A method, computer program product, and sensor chip for use as a quantum magnetometer. A sensor chip may be fabricated, wherein the sensor chip may include an adhesion layer, a conduction layer, a signal line, a ground line, and a constriction region. The signal line may be shorted with the ground line in the constriction region.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- fabricating a sensor chip, wherein the sensor chip includes:
- an adhesion layer;
- a conduction layer;
- a signal line;
- a ground line;
- a constriction region;
- and
- shorting the signal line with the ground line in the constriction region.
A computer program product residing on a computer readable storage medium having a plurality of instructions stored thereon which, when executed across one or more processors, causes at least a portion of the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- fabricating a sensor chip, wherein the sensor chip includes:
- an adhesion layer;
- a conduction layer;
- a signal line;
- a ground line;
- a constriction region;
- and
- shorting the signal line with the ground line in the constriction region.
A sensor chip comprising:
- a sensor chip, wherein the sensor chip includes:
- an adhesion layer;
- a conduction layer;
- a signal line;
- a ground line;
- a constriction region, and
- wherein the signal line is shorted with the ground line in the constriction region.
